I got the cork small project bag with inbuilt DPN. Wow 🤩 not only do I love the design and size it’s so practical. But the quality of the workmanship is truly exceptional. I love the fabric quality and combination, customer service was excellent I was kept up to date and it arrived quickly with a lovely handwritten note. Absolute perfection.
This is my second purchase, and I’m just in love with it! I’ve been using it to knit coffee mug cozies for the holidays. I cant stop buying the Harry Potter themed bags, but I might need to get a corduroy bag next.

Sasha is amazing! After a brief chat at Unravel and sharing a few photos over email to show the interchangeable cords, needles, and bits & bobs I had, she created the most perfect needle case for me. I’ve been looking for one for a while, but everything I found was either too bulky or too big. How lovely it is to finally have something handmade, thoughtful, and exactly what l needed 🧶❤️
This project bag is so cute and just the right size. I didn’t expect it to be as big as it is and I’m happy. There is plenty of room to hold a ball of yarn, pattern, doohickies, and more. I really like how my dpns are secured and that you used snaps and not Velcro.

I got a blue floral DPN holder project bag and I LOVE IT. It fits my clover amour hooks perfectly! Sasha was so kind and answered all my messages when I was disappointed I didn't get one in an earlier drop. She offered to do me a design that I liked and was always so kind. I highly recommend the product as well! I've been using it for my hair charm project which is made with thread and my 2mm hook and it's been held together so well in my new bag! Considering this is a handmade and unique product, I was surprised at how reasonable the price was too!

Hello! My name is Oleksandra, but I prefer when people call me Sasha ☺️
I've been good with a needle since childhood. Hand sewing, embroidery, knitting, crocheting, all this fascinated me a lot. Monotonous and painstaking work has never scared me. Back in school I could embroider all night long. In high school I completed a 2-year seamstress course. Our teacher was strict, but she taught us excellently. I really enjoyed working with her. At the university I studied Thermal Power Engineering, and was able to find time for handicrafts only when I went on maternity leave.
I sewed my first knitting needle case in 2013 for my friend using a free tutorial. With new orders came more and more requests for execution and I created new designs. So in my range of products appeared organisers for various types of knitting needles, hooks and other notions necessary for needlewomen, project bags of different shapes and sizes. But what remains unchanged is my attention to quality and details, my love for my work and my dear customers. Previously, I only sewed to order; my work can be viewed on my personal Instagram page sasha_kulbatska . Now I am starting a new chapter in my design and creative life. This site will be a platform, where you can buy finished products. Also hope to collaborate with artists from other creative fields. Stay tuned.
The name IN BLOWBALLS comes from the name of my blog http://hunk-in-blowballs.blogspot.com/?m=1 which I led for 10 years since 2009. My last name in Ukrainian contains part of the word blowball :) And yes I am originally from Odessa, Ukraine and am one of three siblings. Currently I live in Guildford, UK with my husband and our two kids .
