Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition with tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at sashakulbatska@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival. If there are any damages or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will address the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Custom or personalised items
• Downloadable products
• Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
