Shipping policy

UK CUSTOMERS

We ships orders the following day if the order is placed on weekday, e.g. an order placed on Tuesday will be dispatched on Wednesday. Orders that are placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be dispatched until Monday. We offer Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service. The Tracked 48 shipping option usually takes 1-2 working days to arrive. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We use Royal Mail International Tracked. Please note: customs regulations in some countries (particularly in the EU) may be liable for additional taxes and import duties payable on delivery of you purchase.

Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days.

Delivery aim to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg is 3-4 working days.

Worldwide delivery aim: 5-20 working days.

Proof of postage will be shared with you in an email. Unfortunately, once we have sent the parcel, we cannot be responsible for any damage or loss in transit, for postal service problems or delays but please message us if there are any problem. During busy periods, parcels may take longer to arrive.

Shipping details are the responsibility of the customer. Please double check all your details before you submit the order. If you notice an error, please contact us and we will do our best.

Доставка в Україну обговорюється окремо. Є опції доставки посилки перевізником, поштою чи безкоштовно знайомими в Україну, а далі Нова Пошта, але це буває не часто, на жаль. Пишіть, якщо є питання.

Доставки в РФ и Республику Беларусь нет.
