Keep your double pointed knitting needles safe and organised in this handy and cosy needle case. It made by me to be both functional and attractive. The needle case is incredibly pleasant to the touch. It is good to store crochet hooks and interchangeable circular knitting needles ( 10.5cm(4,1") and high ) in it as well. For knitting needles up to 16cm(6.2") high.
Once unfolded the organiser consists 3 segments. The right segment consists of 1 row of 5 pockets and the top flap. Each pocket is 10cm (3.9") deep and 2.3cm (0.9"), 2.9cm(1.1"), 2.9cm(1.1"), 2.9cm(1.1"), 3.3cm(1.2") wide. The central segment consists of 1row of 5 pockets and the top flap. Each pocket is 10cm (3.9") deep and 2.9cm (1.1"), 3.4cm(1.3"), 3.9cm(1.5"), 3.5cm(1.3"), 2.8cm(1.1") wide. The left segment consists of 1 row of 5 pockets and the top flap. Each pocket is 10cm(3.9") deep and 4.2cm (1.6"), 2.9cm(1.1"), 2.9cm(1.1"), 2.9cm(1.1"), 2.1cm(0.8") wide. The top flaps help to keep the knitting needles safely in place. The organiser folds in threefold and closes with two hand-sewn magnet metal buttons.
The holder is made for needles or crochet hooks up to 15cm(5.9"). I use two types of interfacing to make it quit durable.
Made from high quality fabrics in my smoke/pet free home. Fully lined. Each piece of fabric is interfaced with cotton fusible interfacing. The outer part is padded and quilted with synthetic padding. The organaiser and the holder are quit sturdy and hold their shapes nicely. The cotton bias tape is sewn very carefully by hand.

The Needle Case. Unfolded 53(20.8") x 18(7")cm, folded 18.3(7.2") x 18(7")cm.
The Holder. 15.6cm(6.1") x 5.3cm(2").
Material used:
Exterior fabric: Corduroy. Lining: 100 % cotton. 100 % cotton bias tape. Cotton Fusible Interfacing. Polyester Batting. Metal buttons. Metal sew-on label.
Care:
Can be washed by hand in cool soapy water and left to air dry in a straightened form. Can be ironed on Medium cotton setting. Use a cloth between the iron and fabric.
